Article 401 Federal Labor Law

The collective employment contract terminates:

I.By mutual consent, prior approval of the majority of the employees in accordance with the procedure contemplated in Article 390 Ter of this Law;

II.By completion of the work; and

III.In the cases of Chapter VIII of this Title, by closure of the company or establishment, provided that in this last case the collective employment contract applies exclusively in the establishment.
