Article 399 Ter Federal Labor Law

The agreement of revision or modification of the collective employment contract shall be entered into before the Registration Authority, the Court or the competent Conciliation Center, as corresponds. Once approved by the authority, it shall produce legal effects.

For the purposes of updating the registration file of the collective employment contract and its legal publicity, the competent Conciliation Center or the Court, under its strictest responsibility and within the term of the following three days, shall send a certified copy of the agreement to the Registration Authority.
