TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER VIII. Collective termination of employment relationships

If the employer resumes the activities of his company or creates a similar one, he shall have the obligations indicated in Article 154.
The provisions of the previous paragraph are applicable in the case that the work of the company declared in a state of insolvency or bankruptcy is resumed.
