TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER VIII. Collective termination of employment relationships

In the cases of termination of the work indicated in Article 434, except that of section IV, the employees shall have the right to compensation of three months of wage, and to receive the seniority premium referred to in Article 162.
