TITLE NINE. Occupational Hazards

In case of death or of disappearance derived from a criminal act of the employee, the compensation (indemnity) corresponding to the persons referred to in the previous article shall be the amount equivalent to the amount of five thousand days of wage, without deducting the compensation (indemnity) that the employee received during the time in which he was subject to the temporary disability regime.
