Article 506 Federal Labor Law

The physicians of the companies are obliged:

I.When the hazard occurs, to certify whether the employee is fit to resume his work;

II.When the medical care ends, to certify whether the employee is fit to resume his work;

III.To issue an opinion on the degree of disability; and

IV.In case of death, to issue the death certificate.
