TITLE NINE. Occupational Hazards

In each company or establishment the safety and hygiene commissions deemed necessary shall be organized, composed of an equal number of representatives of the employees and of the employer, to investigate the causes of accidents and diseases, propose measures to prevent them and supervise that they are complied with.
