TITLE NINE. Occupational Hazards

Labor Inspectors have the following special attributions and duties:
I.To supervise compliance with the legal and regulatory norms on prevention of occupational hazards and safety of the life and health of employees;
II.To record in special minutes the violations they discover; and
III.To collaborate with the employees and the employer in the dissemination of the norms on prevention of hazards, hygiene and healthfulness.
