Article 512 Federal Labor Law

In the regulations of this Law and in the instructions that the labor authorities issue based on them, the necessary measures shall be fixed to prevent occupational hazards and to achieve that work be rendered under conditions that ensure the life and health of employees.

In the cases in which there is a high risk that implies the loss of life or seriously compromises the health of the employee, considering, above all, the nature of the work, the regulatory or normative provisions shall consider the use of technology and of work tools that are innovative and that contribute to the safety tasks in the work centers.
