TITLE NINE. Occupational Hazards

The cause of death due to occupational hazard may be proven with the data resulting from the autopsy, when it is performed, or by any other means that permits determining it.
If the autopsy is performed, the presumed beneficiaries may designate a physician to witness it. They may likewise designate a physician to perform it, giving notice to the authority.
The employer may designate a physician to witness the autopsy.
