TITLE NINE. Occupational Hazards

The tables referred to in the previous article, as well as the Catalog of the Schedules for the Valuation of Occupational Diseases, shall be reviewed at least every five years from their publication or when there are studies and research that justify it.
For the effect of the foregoing, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare must consider the progress and the advances of occupational medicine and be assisted by the technical and medical specialists that are required for that purpose.
