TITLE NINE. Occupational Hazards

Once the review referred to in article 514 of this Law is concluded, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare shall place at the disposal of the person holding the Federal Executive the Table of Occupational Diseases and the Table for the Valuation of Permanent Disabilities Resulting from Occupational Hazards, for his consideration and, where appropriate, initiation of the corresponding legislative process.
