TITLE TWO. Individual Employment Relationships · CHAPTER IV. Termination of employment relationships for cause

The employee may separate from his work within the thirty days following the date on which any of the causes mentioned in the preceding article occurs and shall have the right that the employer compensate him (indemnity) in the terms of Article 50.
