Article 522 Federal Labor Law

For the effects of the prescription, the months shall be regulated by the number of days corresponding to them. The first day shall be counted complete, even when it is not, but the last must be complete and when it is a holiday, the prescription shall not be deemed complete until the first following working day has elapsed.
