The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit is competent for the intervention indicated to it by Title Three, Chapter VIII, and the Ministry of Public Education is competent for the supervision of compliance with the obligations that this Law imposes on employers in educational matters and to intervene in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, in the training and instruction of employees, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IV of this Title.
