TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER II. Constitutional jurisdiction of the labor authorities

In the application of the work norms referring to the training and instruction of employees and those relating to safety and hygiene at work, the authorities of the Federation shall be assisted by the local ones, when it deals with companies or establishments that, in the other aspects derived from the employment relationships, are subject to the jurisdiction of the latter.
