Article 532 Federal Labor Law

The General Attorney must satisfy the following requirements:

I.To be Mexican, of legal age and to be in full exercise of his rights;

II.To hold a legally issued degree as a Bachelor of Laws and to have a professional practice of no less than three years;

III.To have distinguished himself in studies of labor law and of social security;

IV.Not to be a minister of worship; and

V.Not to have been convicted of an intentional crime sanctioned with corporal punishment.
