Article 555 Federal Labor Law

The advisor representatives referred to in section I of the preceding article must satisfy the following requirements:

I.To be Mexicans, older than thirty years of age and to be in full exercise of their rights;

II.To possess a legally issued degree as a Bachelor of Laws or in Economics;

III.Not to be a minister of worship; and

IV.Not to have been convicted of an intentional crime sanctioned with corporal punishment.
