Article 560 Federal Labor Law
TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER VI. National Minimum Wage Commission

The Director, the Technical Advisors and the Auxiliary Technical Advisors must satisfy the following requirements:
I.To be Mexicans, older than twenty-five years and to be in full exercise of their rights;
II.To possess a legally issued degree as a Bachelor of Laws or in Economics;
III.Not to be a minister of worship; and
IV.Not to have been convicted of an intentional crime sanctioned with corporal punishment.
