Article 563 Federal Labor Law

The Technical Director has the following duties and attributions:

I.To coordinate the works of the advisors;

II.To periodically inform the President of the Commission and the Council of Representatives of the state of the works and suggest that complementary investigations and studies be carried out;

III.To act as Secretary of the Council of Representatives; and

IV.To arrange, upon prior agreement with the President of the National Commission, the timely integration of the Technical Secretariats of the Consultative Commissions; and

V.The others conferred on him by the laws.
