Article 568 Federal Labor Law
TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER VII. Consultative Commissions of the National Minimum Wage Commission

The President of the Consultative Commission shall have the following duties and attributions:
I.To convene and preside over the sessions of the Commission;
II.To submit to the Consultative Commission the Work Plan formulated by the Technical Secretariat and oversee its development;
III.To periodically inform the President of the National Commission, as the case may be, of the development of the works of the Consultative Commission and make known to him the termination of the same;
IV.To present to the Council of Representatives through the President of the National Commission the results of the works of the Consultative Commission; and
V.The others conferred on him by the laws.
