TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER IX. National commission for the participation of employees in the profits of the enterprises

The Technical Director has the following duties and powers:
I.To coordinate the work of the Advisors;
II.To periodically inform the President of the Commission and the Council of Representatives of the state of the work and to suggest that complementary research and studies be carried out;
III.To act as Secretary of the Council of Representatives; and
IV.The others conferred on him by the laws.
