Article 605 Federal Labor Law
TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER XII. On the Jurisdiction of the Courts

The federal Courts, those of the states (federal entities) and of Mexico City, shall each be headed by a judge and shall have the secretaries, officials and employees that are deemed appropriate, determined and appointed in accordance with the Organic Law of the Federal Judiciary or the Organic Law of the Local Judiciary, as applicable.
