Article 610 Federal Labor Law
TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER XII. On the Jurisdiction of the Courts

During the processing of the trials and until the closing of their instruction, the judge in charge of the Court must be present in the development of the hearings. He may be assisted by an instructing secretary to issue the agreements relating to the written stage of the procedure, until before the preliminary hearing, who must verify and, as the case may be, certify that the personal notifications were duly served.
