TITLE THIRTEEN. Representatives of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER II. Representatives of Employees and Employers in the National Minimum Wage Commission and in the Consultative Commissions

The labor unions and the employers' unions and the independent employers have the right to participate in the election. The representatives before the National Commission shall be elected by the totality of the unionized employees and employers of the Republic with the right to vote.
