Article 682-A Federal Labor Law
TITLE THIRTEEN. Representatives of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER II. Representatives of Employees and Employers in the National Minimum Wage Commission and in the Consultative Commissions

The advisory Commissions (Comisiones Consultivas) shall be created by resolution of the Council of Representatives (Consejo de Representantes) of the National Commission, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) and shall contain:
I.The subject matter of the Advisory Commission;
II.The duration of its work;
III.The number of representatives of the employees and of the employers before the Advisory Commission, who shall be designated by the representatives of the employees and of the employers before the National Commission;
IV.The term for the designation of representatives, the requirements they must meet in each case and the place determined for the notification of the designations; and
V.The place and date on which the work of the Advisory Commission shall formally begin.
