In the election of representatives of the employees and of the employers in the National Commission for the Participation of Employees in the Profits of Enterprises (Comisión Nacional para la Participación de los Trabajadores en las Utilidades de las Empresas), the provisions contained in the two preceding chapters shall be observed, with the modality of the following article.
