TITLE THIRTEEN. Representatives of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER III. Representatives of employees and employers in the national commission for the participation of employees in the profits of the enterprises

The call for the determination or review of the percentage of profits shall contain:
I.The determination of the number of representatives that must be elected to make up the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of article 579, section II, as well as the distribution of the branches of industry and of the activities, according to their importance, among the number of representatives that has been determined;
II.The place and date of presentation of the registers and credentials; and
III.The place, date and hour at which the conventions must be held.
