Article 723 Federal Labor Law

The Court, in accordance with the provisions of this Law, is obligated to issue to the requesting party a certified copy of any document or record that exists in the file. It must also certify the photocopy that the parties exhibit of any document or record that appears in the records, after comparison made with the original.
