Article 725 Federal Labor Law

In the event of loss or disappearance of the file or of any record, the Secretary, upon prior report of the archivist, shall certify the prior existence and the subsequent absence of the file or of the proceedings of the Court, ex officio or at the request of a party, shall make it known to the parties; shall proceed to carry out the investigations of the case and to immediately process the replacement of the records, in incidental form.
