Article 729 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER V. On the Proceedings of the Courts

The disciplinary corrections that may be imposed are:
I.Admonition;
II.Fine, which may not exceed 100 times the Measurement and Updating Unit at the moment in which the fault is committed. In the case of employees, the fine may not exceed the amount of their day's wage or salary. For the purposes of this article, agents are not considered employees, and
III.Expulsion from the premises of the Court; the person who resists complying with the order shall be removed from the premises with the assistance of the public security forces.
