Article 814 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XII. On Evidence · Section Four. On the Testimonial

The Court, in the case of section II of the preceding article, shall order that the witness be summoned to render their declaration at the hour and day designated for that purpose, with the warning of being presented by means of the public force.
