Article 843 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XIII. On Labor Resolutions

In the judgments, when economic benefits are involved, the wage that serves as the basis for the judgment shall be determined; once the amount of the benefit is quantified, the measures according to which the resolution must be complied with shall be indicated. Only by exception may it be ordered that a liquidation incident be opened.
