Article 844 Federal Labor Law

TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XIII. On Labor Resolutions

When the judgment is for a liquid amount, the bases according to which it must be complied with shall be established in the judgment itself, without the need for an incident.
