Article 863 Federal Labor Law

The measure shall be carried out even when the person against whom it is issued is not present. The owner of the attached assets shall be the depositary of the same, without the need for them to accept the charge or swear to perform it, with the responsibilities and attributions inherent to it, observing the provisions of this Law insofar as applicable. In the case of a legal person, the depositary shall be the manager or general director or whoever has the legal representation of the same.

In the case of immovable property, at the request of the interested party, the Court shall request the registration of the precautionary attachment in the Public Registry of Property.
