Article 870 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XVII. On the ordinary procedure

The provisions of this chapter govern the ordinary procedure and insofar as applicable the special procedures.
The ordinary procedure shall apply in those individual and collective conflicts of a legal nature that do not have a special processing in this Law.
