Article 899-B Federal Labor Law

Individual social security conflicts may be raised by:

I.The employees, insured persons, pensioners or their beneficiaries, who are holders of rights derived from the insurances comprised in the mandatory regime of Social Security;

II.The employees who are holders of rights derived from the National Workers' Housing Fund or their beneficiaries;

III.The holders of the individual accounts of the Retirement Savings System of the employees subject to this Law or their beneficiaries; and

IV.The employees to whom the collective employment contracts or contract-Laws that contain benefits in matters of social security are applicable.
