The Federal Judiciary Council (Consejo de la Judicatura Federal) shall form a body of official medical experts specialized in occupational medicine and related areas who shall be attached to the Federal Judiciary. In the event that due to the workload or the level of specialization it so requires, the public institutions that provide health services shall appoint the medical experts requested of them by the Court, in the terms of the corresponding Regulation, guaranteeing that the appointed physician has no conflict of interest.
