TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XIX. Procedures of Collective Conflicts of an Economic Nature

Collective conflicts of an economic nature are those whose raising has as its object the modification or implementation of new working conditions, or else, the suspension or termination of collective employment relationships, unless this Law indicates another proceeding.
