In the event that the parties formulate objections to the official expert report, the Court shall summon an incidental hearing on objections to the official expert appraisal within the three days following its receipt of said objections. The experts shall attend this hearing to answer the questions formulated to them by the parties and, in relation to the expert appraisals they rendered, evidence may be offered whose object is to prove the falsity or inconsistency of the facts and considerations contained in the report.

Attending to the nature of this type of trials, the hearing in question shall be extended for the time necessary to give the parties the opportunity to exhaustively question the experts and take the evidence they offer to prove their objections.
