The Court has the broadest faculties to carry out the proceedings it judges convenient, in order to complete, clarify or specify the questions analyzed by the experts, as well as to request new reports from the authorities, institutions and private parties referred to in Article 909, section I of this chapter, to question the experts or ask them for some complementary report or appoint commissions to carry out or conduct special investigations or studies.
