Article 936 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XX. Strike Procedure

If the strikers refuse to provide the services mentioned in Articles 466 and 935 of this Law, the employer may use other employees. The Court, if necessary, shall request the aid of the public force, in order that said services may be provided.
