Once the attachment proceedings have concluded, the auction of the property shall proceed, in accordance with the rules contained in this Chapter.
Before the auction is approved or the adjudication is declared, the executed party may release the attached property, paying immediately and in cash the amount of the sums fixed in the judgment and the execution expenses. After the auction is finalized, the sale shall remain irrevocable.
