Article 986 Federal Labor Law

The Court, upon receiving the written request of the employer, shall verify that it meets the requirements indicated in the preceding article, in which case it shall immediately give notice to the representatives of the employees, so that within 3 days they state what is appropriate to their right; once the period has elapsed it shall rule as appropriate.
If the request of the employer does not meet the legal requirements, the Court shall reject it outright.
