Article 132 Political Constitution of the United Mexican States

The forts, the barracks, deposit warehouses and other immovable property destined by the Government of the Union to the public service or to common use, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Powers in the terms established by the law that the Congress of the Union shall issue; but in order that those which it hereafter acquires within the territory of any State be equally subject thereto, the consent of the respective legislature shall be necessary.
