Article 428 Federal Criminal Code

The pecuniary sanctions provided for in this title shall be applied without prejudice to the reparation of damage, whose amount may not be less than forty percent of the public sale price of each product or of the provision of services that imply violation of one or some of the rights protected by the Federal Copyright Law.
