Article 47 Federal Criminal Code

The special publication of judgment (sentencia) consists of the total or partial insertion of it, in one or two newspapers that circulate in the locality. The judge shall choose the newspapers and shall resolve the form in which the publication must be made.

The publication of the judgment (sentencia) shall be made at the expense of the offender, of the offended party if the latter requests it or of the State if the judge considers it necessary.
