TITLE FOUR. Rights and Obligations of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER III BIS. On Productivity, Training and Instruction of Employees

Employees who receive training or instruction are obliged to:
I.Attend punctually the courses, group sessions and other activities that form part of the training or instruction process;
II.Follow the instructions of the persons who provide the training or instruction, and comply with the respective programs; and
III.Take the examinations for the evaluation of knowledge and of aptitude or labor competence that are required.
