Article 153-C Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOUR. Rights and Obligations of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER III BIS. On Productivity, Training and Instruction of Employees

The instruction shall have as its object:
I.To update and improve the knowledge and skills of employees and to provide them with information so that they may apply in their activities the new technologies that employers must implement to increase productivity in the enterprises;
II.To make known to employees the risks and dangers to which they are exposed during the performance of their work, as well as the provisions contained in the regulation and the Mexican official standards on matters of safety, health and work environment applicable to them, in order to prevent occupational hazards;
III.To increase productivity; and
IV.In general, to improve the educational level, the labor competence and the skills of employees.
