TITLE FOUR. Rights and Obligations of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER III BIS. On Productivity, Training and Instruction of Employees

The training shall have as its object to prepare newly hired employees and others interested in filling the vacancies or newly created positions.
The support that the employer provides to employees to begin, continue or complete school cycles at the basic, middle or higher levels may form part of the training programs.
